Pool facilities and use
Our pool is private and for the EXCLUSIVE use of you, our guests. Due to current circumstances, our system may establish its use by limiting it to time for reservations. Each family is obliged to comply with the established distancing rules.
Cleaning
You should always pick up trash in the pool area. If you decide to go to the beach, please pick up the garbage, for us it is preferable that you leave it in the room and we will take care of disposing of it.
Reservations
When making a reservation, you are aware of the pandemic and all its challenges, the closure of the amenities, the positive result of a family member or a friend, will not be a reason for a cancellation and if you finally decide not to come, you will not be able to request refund.
Music
It is not allowed in common areas, after 10 pm it is not allowed in the rooms, that includes games and unnecessary noise.
